The investigation continued as detectives worked to identify a person allegedly connected to the incidents. Police located and arrested the 24-year-old at an address in Bellbird Park on 16 September while attending the property in relation to another matter.
Following the arrest, the man was charged with a total of 36 offences. The charges include seven counts of burglary, seven counts of entering premises and committing an indictable offence, six counts of stealing and four counts of unauthorised use of a motor vehicle.
He was also charged with one count each of wilful damage, trespass and possessing a firearm.
The charges relate to allegations and have not been proven in court. The accused is entitled to the presumption of innocence unless and until a court determines otherwise.
The man was due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court on 17 September 2026.
