It is further alleged she told the accused she wanted to go back to sleep.
Defence barrister Ed Whitton acknowledged that sexual activity had occurred but argued that it was consensual. The defence maintains that the complainant willingly participated and disputes the prosecution's claim that the alleged offences occurred without consent.
