Gold Coast police are investigating an alleged assault in Southport after two men were taken to hospital following separate reports of injuries early Thursday morning. Emergency services were called to a unit on Scarborough Street at approximately 5:30am on August 27, after a man was reportedly found suffering facial injuries.
