The selected squad includes Austin Ludwik, Bradden Inman, Joel Russell, Luke Croll, Sebastian Arranz and Tyson Martin from Gold Coast Knights. Peninsula Power is represented by Hiroshi Miyazawa, Jordan Thurtell, Joshua Phelps, Joshua Woolley, Niyah Joseph and Rhys Gray.
Moreton City Excelsior players Harry Arnison, Lachlan Sayers, Marquez Walters and Trent Millard have also been selected. James Durrington represents Gold Coast United, while Kenshin Takagishi comes from Olympic FC.
Brisbane City midfielder Mirko Crociati, Rochedale Rovers players Mitchel Roberts and Obren Kljajic, and Eastern Suburbs player Scott Neville complete the squad.
The first match between the Queensland Men’s All Stars and Brisbane Roar Men is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, with kick-off at 6pm at Gioca Stadium in Newmarket. A second match is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, also starting at 6pm, at AJ Kelly Park.
The two men's fixtures are part of a broader football festival designed to bring together Queensland’s NPL talent and Brisbane Roar’s professional squads.
The program also includes a Queensland Women’s All Stars match against Brisbane Roar’s women’s team. That fixture is scheduled for October 2 at Sunshine Coast Stadium, giving players from the Queensland competition another opportunity to compete against professional opposition.
