The incidents occurred on Friday, 30 October 2026, and the arrests and court proceedings were reported on Saturday, 31 October.
According to police allegations, a man and a woman were involved in an attempted armed robbery in Sunnybank Hills before allegedly entering a residential property in Kuraby.

The two alleged offenders reportedly escaped using a black Haval H6 vehicle. Police later alleged that the vehicle had been stolen from a car wash on Brisbane Road in Goodna on 28 October.
At approximately 5 pm on Friday, police spotted the vehicle in the Waterford area. Officers began following it, while a Polair helicopter was deployed to monitor its movements from above.
The vehicle allegedly travelled through several Brisbane suburbs, including Forest Lake, Sumner Park, Corinda, Indooroopilly, Toowong and Taringa.
The pursuit continued as police monitored the vehicle and coordinated their response. Officers eventually deployed tyre-deflation devices in Milton at approximately 6:13 pm.
The vehicle continued moving before coming to a stop on Gailey Road in St Lucia at approximately 6:20 pm.
Police arrested all three occupants of the vehicle, including two women and one man.
The arrested individuals were identified as a 24-year-old man from Forest Lake, a 26-year-old woman from Morningside and a 22-year-old woman from Kingston.
Police subsequently laid multiple charges against the three individuals in connection with the alleged incidents.
