Police allege a 20-year-old Kelso man returned a positive roadside alcohol test and was charged with driving under the influence of liquor. Queensland Ambulance assessed one uninjured person at the scene while another driver declined medical treatment. The accused man was issued a notice to appear in the Townsville Magistrates Court
