Two men have been charged following an investigation into an allegedly stolen vehicle in the Brisbane area. Police began investigating after a vehicle was reported stolen on Saturday, 8 August 2026. Investigators subsequently identified and located two men allegedly connected with the matter.

The investigation resulted in charges being laid on Thursday, 13 August. Police allege the vehicle was involved in offences that occurred during the investigation period, with officers continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the alleged offending.
