Bathurst’s third KFC restaurant has officially opened at Robin Hill along the Mitchell Highway, taking over the site previously occupied by Red Rooster. Franchisee Gary Higgon said the location was chosen to better service Bathurst’s growing western corridor and highway traffic. The new fast-food outlet has created local employment opportunities and features modern drive-through and dine-in facilities.
