Crowds are expected to gather at the Imperial’s Oval Three as Mildura hosts its third annual Big Freeze event, raising awareness and funds for motor neuron disease (MND). The community-driven fundraiser is backed by local organisers and sponsors, many of whom have been personally affected by the condition.
A total of 11 local participants are set to take part, stepping up as “local legends” in support of the cause. The event highlights the region’s strong community spirit and commitment to supporting those impacted by MND, while contributing to ongoing research and awareness efforts.
